POOL SAFETY RULES

The Board reserves the right to make changes at anytime based on Federal, State, or Local laws.

  • The 2023 Pool Season runs from May 13th - September 17th.

  • Pool hours: 6am - 8pm.  Key Fob Access will not work outside of posted hours. Noise disturbances after these hours should be reported to the Wake Forest Police Department. 

  • ALL PERSONS SWIM AND USE THE POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

  • Never loan your pool access Key Fob to anyone outside of your household.

  • Entry to the pool shall be through the gate only. Climbing over the fence or gate is prohibited. The gate must be closed and locked at all times.

  • Children 14 years of age and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • CAUTION: Water in the pool is shallow. NO DIVING ALLOWED. Running, tag games, “cannon-balling” or boisterous play of any kind are not permitted in the pool area.

  • Proper family appropriate swim attire is required. Cut-offs or blue jeans do not meet this requirement. Children who are not potty trained must wear waterproof swim diapers. No exceptions! Family responsible for fecal contamination is also responsible for its associated cost. Children who are not potty trained must wear waterproof swim diapers.

  • Do not place furniture in the pool. Do not use furniture as a diving/jumping surface.

  • Keep music at a level that does not disturb others using the pool. Battery operated devices only.

  • NO GLASS or breakable items are allowed in the pool area.  The resident responsible for the broken glass (even if done by guest) will be responsible for the cost of draining and refilling the pool if necessary.

  • NO PETS of any kind are allowed in the pool area.

  • NO SMOKING, the use of all tobacco products is prohibited to include E-Cigarettes.

  • No food or drink allowed in the pool.

  • Guests are limited to 4 people per household.

  • Do not swim if there is lightning or thunder.

  • Bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, scooters and motorized or battery-operated vehicles are not permitted in the gated pool area.

  • Use lifesaving equipment only in an emergency. These are not play items and are to be maintained for everyone’s safety.

  • Use of floating tubes, large rafts and toys must not interfere with the use of the pool by others.
