Dansforth is a Centex Homes community located in Wake Forest off Burlington Mills Road just west of US 1/Capital Boulevard. The neighborhood consists of 312 homes built from 2002 to 2008, and is considered in Wake Forest city limits (city water, city sewer).

 

Homes have a custom feel with exteriors being a mix of brick, stone, and vinyl sidings. Lot sizes are from 0.24 to 0.58 acres, giving nearly every home a nice sized yard with ample privacy.  Square footage average right around 3100, with some reaching closer to 3500 square feet in size.

 

Amenities include a community pool, clubhouse, and playground. There is an active HOA with modest dues to cover maintenance of all common areas. Schools that serve Dansorth are (traditional) Rolesville Elementary, Wake Forest Rolesville Middle, and Heritage High and calendar options include Jones Dairy Elementary & Sanford Creek Elementary, & Heritage Middle.

Quick and easy access to I540 via US1 makes most areas in Raleigh and Durham reachable within 30 to 40 minutes.
